Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Verdant Future LLC. We take pride in the quality of the products and services we offer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange according to the following terms:

1. To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your return within 14 days of the purchase date. Any return request made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused Items returned damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

3. Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to: 

Seeds, Dogs, and Goats are not eligible for refund.

Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot)

4. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

5. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. The refund process will begin once we have received and inspected the returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you made your purchase using a credit card, the refund would be credited to that same card. 

If you paid using a third-party payment processor like PayPal or a direct bank transfer, your refund would be issued to your PayPal account or bank account accordingly.

No exchanges are accepted for any reason.
